Utilizing an eclectic approach of modalities, I work with you to promote happiness and empower change. With knowledge in Insight Oriented, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Positive Psychology methods, my approach is rooted in the understanding that psychoeducation of self and others is a vital element in the therapeutic process. Every client is different and each session is tailored entirely to you.
